Join me on our next Core Skills Training Session. You’ll finish the day feeling a lot more confident on the bike.
These sessions are open to both mountain bike (MTB) and E-MTB riders and are designed to cover the following areas:
Core, Fundamental techniques: Outlned Below.
Personalized Bike Setup: Learn how to adjust your bike for maximum comfort and optimal performance.
E-Bike Essentials: Power Modes and Battery Care. Master the different power settings on your E-bike and discover tips for efficient battery use.
Our goal is to help you gain confidence and develop a solid foundation. This will ensure you can focus on enjoying the trails!
Body Position: Achieve the correct stance for better control and stability.
Weight Distribution: Learn how to shift your weight effectively for balance and maneuverability.
Braking: Develop safe and effective braking techniques to handle any trail with confidence.
Cornering: Improve your ability to take turns smoothly and efficiently.
Pumping: Practice using your body’s movement to build momentum without pedaling, improving trail flow and laying the groundwork for advanced skills.
No prior experience is required! The course is beginner-friendly and designed to help riders of all levels build or refresh their foundational skills.
You’ll need to bring a bike and helmet in good working condition. If you don’t have your own, rental options may be available at Beics Brenin. Please contact them directly to arrange this before the course.
The session will go ahead unless conditions are unsafe. Please bring clothing suitable for the weather, including waterproof layers. We’ll adapt activities to ensure everyone stays safe and comfortable.
